Salaar is a film that had people talking from the moment it was announced. With the film’s director Prasant Neel, known for his massy-elevated films like KGF1 and 2 coming together with a hero like Prabhas, fans expected only the best. And the teaser did not disappoint. THE MOST VIOLENT MEN… CALLED ONE MAN… THE MOST VIOLENT and that is exactly the word to describe the teaser; violent!
With grungy visuals, a narrative elevating Prabhas and the perfect entry shot, the teaser is receiving mostly positive adoring comments; “Beyond MASS is out of Park ‘Jurassic Park'” ,”Wow!! Absolutely stunning and goosebumps” and “Neel knows what we want. It’s been years ago since we have seen this tag in Prabha movies and after many years, once again, in salaar *fire emoji* Hype” Fans were beyond thrilled to see the ‘rebel star’ tag during the hero’s introduction after years but were disappointed that his face wasn’t shown clearly and nor did he have any dialogue. This has lead to some users calling it a glimpse rather than a teaser. A few netizens stated that they expected more and were disappointed, comparing it to the teaser of KGF2 which was more full-fledged and informative. While this teaser is more like an introduction into the world of Salaar. Despite this, hashtags like #Salaar teaser, #Prabhas, #PrashanthNeel, #Jurassic Park and #CalledOneMan have been trending in India.
The rest of the fandom, though, is eagerly asking for the trailer release date. What this teaser did confirm is that the film will be in multiple parts. This first installment is titled ‘Cease Fire.’ Fans are hoping this will be the Bahubali star’s comeback and we hope the same!
