Jr NTR went to Island Nation a week ago to celebrate the holidays with his family. As soon as the news of the Japan calamity came out, fans were worried for the actor’s safety, and the actor assured them by taking to his social media.
The actor wrote, “Back home today from Japan and deeply shocked by the earthquakes hitting. Spent the entire last week there, and my heart goes out to everyone affected.; Grateful for the people’s resilience and hoping for a swift recovery.; Stay strong, Japan”. The actor also expressed his worries and strength to the citizens of Japan.
RRR director Rajamouli also reacted to the calamity, saying he was disturbed by the news. He wrote, “It’s disturbing to learn about the earthquakes severely affecting Japan. The country holds a special place in our hearts. My thoughts are with everyone affected. がんばって、日本.”
