Young hero Naga Chaitanya was last seen in the film Custody, which was released at the beginning of this year on May 12, 2023. It received mostly negative reviews from critics because of its running time and predictability.
Hero Naga Chaitanya has now collaborated with director Chandoo Mondeti for a movie titled Thandel. It is Naga Chaitanya’s 23, so it is tentatively titled NC23. This collaboration with Chandoo Mondeti marks Chay’s third collaboration with the director after Premam, which was released in 2016 and Savyasachi, which was released in 2018
Before the lead actor Naga Chatanya’s birthday, which is tomorrow, the makers of NC23 decided to give a glimpse of the film. Today, November 22, the makers revealed the film’s official title, Thandel, which is also the name of Naga Chaitanya‘s character in the film. The makers made the announcement with the film poster.
The announcement was made on social media platforms by posting a picture of the poster with the caption, “A leader is born to ride against the tide and time for his people. Naga Chaitanya in and as Thandel; The Birthday Celebrations of Yuvasamrat begin early,” we can see the heroic pose of Chay in the poster holding a row in his hand.
It is reported that the movie will be based on a true story about the life of a fisherman.
