Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayan
Ramayana, featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Yash, directed by Nitesh Tiwari, is doing rounds; all the Indian audience excitement got diverted towards the film and its updates. Recently, Ranbir Kapoor was spotted in a clean-shaven look for Lord Rama’s role.
Rumour has it that Naveen Polishetty is in talks to play Lakshmana while Ranbir plays Lord Ram. The casting crew and Nitesh are checking to see if the actors portraying the younger and older versions of Ram and Lakshman are a good fit.
There are currently four or five young actors in the running. There are also speculations surrounding the mighty Amitabh Bachchan will play Dashrath in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayan. In the following two weeks, the filmmaker should settle on a cast.
Bollywood enthusiasts are excited about Nitesh’s direction of Ramayan, starring Ranbir. After more than a year of writing, casting, and preparation, the filmmaker is nearly ready to put his enormous project—starring RK as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, and Yash as Ravana—on floors. The epic shoot is scheduled to begin on March 2 at Film City, Goregaon.
