Pushpa 2: The Rise
If there’s any sequel that fans most anticipate, it is Pushpa. The film ruled the box office in the North. Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna are set to ignite the silver screen with their much-anticipated film, Pushpa2: The Rule, slated for release on August 15, 2024.
With every new rumor surrounding the film daily, it is soon gearing up for its release. However, the path will not take much work, as competition in the Bollywood and Southern film industry has heated up. On the same day, Allu Arjun is in a clash with other formidable stars, Ajay Devgn and Thalapathi Vijay.
Pushpa 2 to clash with Three films?
Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again was also speculated to be delayed to avoid clashing with Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2, but the makers clarified that the film will be released on the scheduled date with no delays in release.
“Singham Again,” directed by Rohit Shetty. This action-packed film boasts a star-studded cast, including Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Akshay Kumar, generating immense buzz.
Meanwhile, Southern superstar Thalapathy Vijay gears up for his next release, GOAT, aiming for an Independence Day slot. Adding to the excitement, there are rumors that Rajinikanth’s next venture, “Vettaiyan,” will possibly hit theatres on the same day if the speculations surrounding the film release from inside sources are true.
Box Office Clash
Although the release date is yet to be confirmed, insiders hint at August 15, 2024, for both films. Fans are eagerly anticipating this cinematic spectacle. If these films are eyeing for the August 15 release, then Pushpa may step back at the box office in other states, given the craze these stars have in their regions.
Considering the recent Dunki Vs Salaar clash and its impact on both films, it’s evident that such clashes can heavily affect box office performance. So, considering how much buzz Pushpa 2 may create, a dent at the box office would surely hit Pushpa and reaching Rs 500 crore would also become impossible if seen as a three-way clash.
Pushpa 2, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, will show Pushpa’s life from rising to ruling in the second instalment. Helmed by Sukumar, the music is scored by DSP.
