Story:

Yeo Jung Woo and Nam Ha Neul have aspired to join the medical fraternity since childhood. While Busan-based Nam Ha Neul shifts to Seoul to pursue her further education, she encounters Yeo Jung Woo, the top of the class, both being the best from the beginning, and they begin competing against each other to obtain better grades. After a great deal, they set out to achieve their dream of becoming a medical professional. After years, Yeo Jung Woo became a top-notch plastic surgeon, and Nam Ha Neul is witnessed as an aspiring resident anesthesiologist, still, in the wake of tragic events, both Ha-Neul and Jung Woo.

The brotherly love and affection of Kyung Min make Yeo Jung Woo’s high school days worthwhile. Jung Woo struggles to deal with the fact that Kyung Min has wronged him.
Kyung Min’s revelation shakes Yeo Jung Woo. The drama takes a major turn as Min Kyung Min gets exposed for his wrongdoings, as the drama progresses it is also revealed that Yeo Jung Woo’s mother is partially at fault for driving Kyung Min to do the unthinkable.
Nam Ha Neul gets an offer to take back the position that belonged to her, after a tragic incident, while everyone feels happy for the leading lady, Nam Ha Neul remains worried and bad to claim the position. Yeo Jung Woo gets compensated as the truth comes to light. On the other hand, Dr. Bin and Hong-Ran work together to become good parents for their respective kids and find a spark igniting between them.
Episode 15 and 16
As things fall in place Yeo Jung Woo tries to get back to life and live a normal life, with Nam Ha Neul. Jung Woo prepares for a proposal but gets scared to death, as he drops the ring before he even gets to propose to Nam Ha Neul.
Nam Ha Neul and Yeo Jung Woo find their happy ending. The couple set themselves free from the negativity and let them live and cherish the little things that happen in their day-to-day life.
The couple continue to love each other and Dr Bin and Dr. Hong-Ran find themselves becoming friends to family, protecting and helping each other. At the same time, Nam Ba-Da finds himself landing a job that he earns with utmost dedication and determination. Nam Ha-Neul’s mother feels proud of her son and daughter’s accomplishments, and Nam Ha-Neul’s uncle finds himself a successor who would continue his business. Every character witnesses their kind of happy ending.
