Prime Video, the video streaming service from Amazon, will stream 70 new shows and movies over the next two years. It showcased various programming genres, including romance, comedy, action drama, and musicals. The list features 40 original series and movies and 29 films that will stream on the platform post-theatrical release, all across Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages.

Its original series includes Excel Entertainment’s Andhera, Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu-starrer Citadel: Honey Bunny, the Indian adaptation of the American espionage thriller Karan Johar-backed Daring Partners. Amidst this excitement, the news of Vijay Varma’s upcoming release was also announced. The streamer confirmed that Varma will be starring in ‘Matka King.’
Theatrical movies such as Shahid Kapoor’s Ashwatthama- The Saga Continues starring, Tiger Shroff’s Baaghi 4, Kartik Aaryan’s Chandu Champion, Ranveer Singh’s Don 3, among others, will be released on Prime Video.
The most versatile actors, Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor are set to return as their beloved character ‘Vicky’ in the highly anticipated film ‘Stree 2’, a sequel to the 2018 comedy-horror movie. The OTT giant Amazon Prime Video announced recently that the film will be released on their platform after its successful theatrical release.

Prime Video also announced four projects whose star cast and genres make them stand out! As for the star cast, these projects star Shalini Pandey, Tamannaah Bhatia, Diana Penty, Uorfi Javed and others. One film that boasts a stellar cast consisting of the highly talented trio of Tamannaah Bhatia, Diana Penty, and Jaaved Jaaferi.
Premiere original movies that will be released on the platform are Be Happy, starring Abhishek Bachchan; Subedaar, featuring Anil Kapoor; and Chhorii 2, a sequel to the horror thriller that had also premiered on the service.
And for those who know Uorfi Javed as just the social media sensation who likes to experiment with her clothes, the show Follow Karlo Yaar is just the one for you. This show gets into the places that no one has seen before, like her personal life, her game of name and fame amidst the dysfunctional family she binds together!
Khauf is another show about a young lady who shifts her base to a Delhi-based hostel. But there is much more than what meets the eye. Even though everything looks perfect initially, she is unaware of the highly well-kept, dark, hidden secrets of violence and mysteries.
