The most awaited update is here. Ever since the announcement of the Citadel, fans have been curious to see the pair Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan together, collaborating for the first time.
Citadel is the Indian adaptation of the action spy series to the American series that featured Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The first announcement by makers was made In December 2022 by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo that there would be the Indian spin-off of Citadel. Later, it was announced that the makers had taken Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan on board as the lead actors.
After a long wait, today, on January 30th, Samantha took their Instagram handles and posted pictures of her with the Citadel team. The caption she wrote hints at the update on their upcoming project. Along with posts, Samantha wrote, “Finally, we got to watch something…And we are like (accompanied by heart eye emojis).” it looks like samantha along with the team is having a look at their work and from the caption we could say that they are in love with it.
Along with Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan, the Indian version of Citadel cast Sikandar Kher, Kay Kay Menon, Saqib Saleem and Emma Canning.
