Tom Cruise has seen Blue Beetle, and he loved it. A conversation with Warner Bros Discovery’s Ceo David Zaslav led to a private screening for Tom at his Beverly Hills Home.
Tom said ”This is the kind of movie we need right now.” Well, he also said the same thing about Flash, and look how Flash turned out. However, we desperately need another Justice League.
DC Studios and Warner Bros Pictures’ most anticipated film Blue Beetle is directed by Angel Manuel Soto and stars Xolo Mariduena in the title role and his alter ego, Jaime Reyes.
Tom’s reaction to the film has mixed response from netizens as he said the same thing about Flash, and Flash turned out to be the most disappointing film of DC; the film was made with a budget of 220 million and collected only 268.4 million only, well that only breakeven.
However, Blue Beetle is very different from The Flash film. It tends for all the good reasons, like its representation and inclusivity. The Blue Beetle is wholesome, with stellar action sequences, brilliant execution, technical aspects and excellent casting performances. Let’s wait till August 18 to experience the well-made superhero film by DC Studios.
