The ace producer accused film critics of box office failures. He said negative reviews affect the film, eventually leading to box office failures, but reviews never affect a movie if the content is excellent. A review is the critic’s opinion, the same as the audience’s. No one can stop the film from becoming a hit if it is good.
Instead of blaming film critics and reviewers, they should focus on the content. Movies like Baahubali, Pushpa, KGF, RRR, and Sita Raman got positive reviews. Many movies have become hits despite negative reviews. Didn’t the reviews at that time affect the film? If the filmmakers give the right content, nobody cares about reviews. Producers who cannot please the audience with the right content have no right to question critics for negative reviews.
