Kriti Sanon and Sidharth Malhotra To Romance Soon!

Earlier this year, Entertainment portals reported that Kriti Sanon and Sidharth Malhotra were teaming up with Dinesh Vijan Production, Maddock, for an action thriller. The film was initially set to feature Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead and was scheduled to begin filming in April 2024.

However, due to budget constraints, the project was put on hold. Recent reports suggest that he will share the screen with Kriti Sanon. Fans eagerly await the pairing of Kriti and Sidharth, who have often expressed their desire to work together.

Their wishes are finally materializing, and viewers are excited to see them collaborate in a film. Now, it appears that Sidharth Malhotra and Kriti Sanon are exploring a different genre altogether—a romantic comedy.

New Project On Talks?

According to sources close to the movie development, the romantic comedy will be directed by Tushar Jalota, best known for his work on “Dasvi.” Sidharth is keen on venturing into the romantic comedy space, and Kriti shares his enthusiasm. However, both actors are awaiting the final draft of the script before committing to the project. The shooting schedule will be finalized soon.

A Rom-Com Plot?

While details are still emerging, the film promises to be a youthful romantic comedy infused with the family-centric flavor that Maddock Productions is renowned for. As the dotted lines are about to be signed, the project’s direction and tone will become clearer.
