Border 2 is on the floors
Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 was made with a budget of Rs 80 crore and collected Rs 430 crore within nine days of its theatrical release. Due to the humongous success of the film makers are considering remaking Sunny Deol’s another iconic film.
After the blockbuster success of Gadar 2, there is speculation that makers of Gadar 2 are ready for the remake of the classic film Border; it is reported that Sunny Deol is all set to return with a Border sequel 26 years after the first part. The film is touted to be the most significant war film in the country.
As per a source close to the entertainment portal,” Border is among the most historic blockbuster of Indian Cinema and is easily a film that warrants a part two. The Border is an epic war film directed by J.P Dutta and adapted from real-life events during the Battle of Longewala in 1971. The team has identified a tale from the 1971 Indo park that still needs to be told on the big screen and is all charged up to bring it to the spectacle.
