Tamil Industry’s most celebrated director Lokesh Kanagaraj has recently played a special cameo role in the film Singapore Saloon led by RJ Balaji.
RJ Balaji, the actor who started his career as a radio jockey, has made his way into the film industry with his latest project titled Singapore Saloon. The movie, written and directed by Gokul, features Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead.
The trailer for the film was unveiled yesterday, and it turns out that director Lokesh Kanagaraj has made a special appearance in the movie Considering his strong relationship with the actor, this is not surprising. In a previous interview, RJ Balaji himself mentioned that he and Lokesh had met following the release of the director’s first feature film, Maanagaram. Even though he originally opposed the idea, they have become friends since then, and as a result, he played this cameo role.
It’s interesting to note that RJ Balaji also disclosed that he had previously discussed taking the lead in a Lokesh-produced movie, but he ultimately decided against it for a variety of reasons.it is reported that Lokesh Kanagaraj’s cameo will be the highlight of the film and it is touted as a wholesome entertainer. The film is set to release in theatres on January 25.
