Hrithik- Deepika’s Fighter faces cuts by CBFC! Se*ual visual chopped off

Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone’s upcoming action film Fighter has been trending for different reasons since its teaser release. A source reported that the Censor Board of Film Certificate raised objections to certain scenes and ordered the makers to chop off those objectional scenes before certifying the film.

The Siddharth Anand directorial actioner has four cuts from the CBFC. The steamy visuals of Hrithik Roshan and the actress were replaced with suitable shots, and the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) asked for four cuts in the movie. It seems the anti-smoking static message was asked to be mentioned in Hindi. Abusive words in a couple of dialogues were muted or replaced. It seems one was at 53 minutes, and another was at one hour and 18 minutes. The CBFC also asked the makers to remove “sexually suggested visuals.”.

The scene of a TV news visual was told to be modified and replaced with only audio. Fighter has now got the U/A rating. The process was done on Friday night. The fighter has a run time of two hours and 46 minutes. The film is coming on January 25, 2024.
