Shiney Ahuja got major news regarding the rape case. Bombay High Court authorized the 10-year renewal of his passport to travel internationally on August 08. The actor requested the court for a renewal of his passport. Even if the passport plea is authorized, it could still be a major problem for the actor as several nations do not permit having a validity o less than six months.

Additionally, if the actor meets the requirements, pending status won’t prevent his passport from being extended for another 10 years. According to the court, the Sexual assault case against Ahuja will be heard in due time.
