Deepika Padukone
One of the top movie stars in Bollywood, Deepika Padukone also works as a producer and an international brand spokesperson. The actor has previously acknowledged that in order to accomplish these goals, she also had to make sacrifices, one of which was not being able to attend college. An older version of the same video in which the actor discussed her educational background and how she is “just a 12th pass” has now become popular on social media.
According to reports, the video was taken at the 2017 book launch for Hema Malini’s biography Beyond The Dream Girl. Deepika radiates in her stunning traditional style while wearing a crimson banarsi saree. The actor revealed that “sacrifices and extreme dedication” are always necessary when discussing the key to success. She then acknowledged that not attending college was the price she had to pay in order to advance in her work.
“As I mentioned, there are sacrifices. You must have a strong commitment. For instance, she said, “I haven’t attended college. Deepika noted that it was challenging for her to continue her schooling as she ascended the career ladder as a model. “I completed my 11th and 12th,” she remarked. Because I was located in Bangalore at the time and had already become a highly popular model, I barely finished my 11th and 12th grades. But I used to frequently fly to Delhi and Mumbai for work. I was unable to keep up.
The Pathaan star also admitted that she attempted distant learning but failed to succeed. Deepika acknowledged that her parents were uncomfortable with the concept since they preferred that she earn a foundational degree. “I attempted to complete a year of my degree in college. I was unable to accomplish it. I then attempted to pursue distance learning. I was unable to finish that as well. I only have a 12th pass, then. My parents were really upset about this because they always intended for me to start working after receiving a basic degree. However, they came to understand how fervently I felt about what I wanted to do along the process. And I believe that without their assistance, I couldn’t have accomplished what I achieved, she said with a smile.
Anupam Kher’s acting school, Anupam Kher’s Actor Prepares, was also where Deepika Padukone studied before breaking into the Bollywood industry. Before starting to work with Shah Rukh Khan on Farah Khan’s Om Shanti Om, the actor completed a diploma programme.
