Since the LEO’s trailer was unleashed, it has been trending on social media. The excited Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj fans are sharing their theories about the Lokesh Cinematic Universe like wildfire.
In the trailer, it was revealed that while Antony Das and Harold Das, played by Sanjay Dutt and Arjun Sarja, respectively, were criminals, Leo Das was a police officer. They may belong to the Das family or may not be. We have to wait for 19th October. Another connection between the criminals and the police department was the main theme, just like in the Kaithi and Vikram. All the lead characters in LEO and the few other characters from the previous films happen to have the surname ‘Das’. But that is not where the connection ends. The character of Arjun Das in Kaithi was named Anbu Das, and the one played by Harish Uthaman was named Adaikalam Das. However, whether Leo Das is related to other Das’, we must wait for 13 days.
The scene where Leo Das stands in the middle of the crowd is similar to Rolex’s pose in Vikram’s post-credit scenes. Not just the Vijay pose but also the cinematography, the action sequence in the shed and the crowd all look similar to Rolex’s scene. Additionally, the scene before that in the trailer, where Thalapathy Vijay was sitting on a rocking chair with a little girl sleeping on his chest, is similar to Kamal Haasan’s scenes from Vikram. The film may begin with the continuation of the Vikram ending in the Rolex shed.
