The clam-down singer, 31, exclusively revealed that she no longer feels pressured to reach specific achievements or benchmarks in her third decade. “Now that I’m 30, I care less, so it’s actually nice,” she tells people. “I get to focus on the things that actually matter, and I’m not worried about things holding me back.”
