Lokesh Kanagaraj failed to match the benchmark he created for Vikram. LCU fans are disappointed with the LEO clumsy, and the film was fast-paced. LEO is very much part of the Lokesh Kanagaraj Cinematic Universe. Still, how can all Leo and other criminals from Kaithi and Vikram have the same surnames as ”DAS”? Even hero Vijay’s surname is also DAS. Well, that is so annoying. The connection is insane, but Vijay’s title role played also has the same surname.
The trailer seemed a bit clumsy as the film was fast, Thalapathy Vijay’s dual role and lack of astonishing background score, and Anirudh Ravichandran, who gave the mindblowing background score in the Vikrama and Jailer, failed to impress the audiences. LEO’s background score in the trailer is not up to the hype Anirudh created for Vikram and Jailer.
Lokesh Kanagaraj could have done better editing, as the trailer seems clumsy and has too many unnecessary action sequences. Somewhere, he lost the connection with his LCU fans. The trailer may have been made in a certain way to mislead the fans. Well, we must go for another 13 days to experience the Lokesh Cinematic Universe.
