Can Nazriya continue in Tollywood?

Nazriya Nazim has done very few movies in her career that can be counted on her fingers. Since 2013, she has made just 12 films, including the latest Telugu movie Ante Sundaraniki. Even though there aren’t many movies in her kitty, the actress has a following better than many other heroines who have done dozens of films. Raja Rani was her ticket to big stardom in Tamil and Telugu. But she is known to be very choosy while selecting the movies, and it’s said that she has rejected a lot of Telugu movies. After many attempts by Telugu producers to bring her to Tollywood, Mythri Movie Makers have finally succeeded. But, what’s her future going further in Tollywood?

Even though Nazriya became famous for a dubbing movie like Raja Rani, Telugu people are unimpressed by her latest stint in Ante Sundaraniki. Many reviewers, too, made light of her role in the flick, declaring there was not much she had done in the movie and wondering why Nani and the movie team created hype for her. Any other actress could have pulled the role quite easily if not Nazriya. Unlike Sai Pallavi, who adds something to her role and pulls the audience, there is not much talent of Nazriya seen in the movie, if at all there is some. Right now, Ante Sundaraniki didn’t seem to have helped the actress any further, and no movie team is interested in booking her again. Cine experts say that Nani’s film might probably be the last film or one of the previous films for Nazriya in Telugu as she doesn’t blindly accept all movies anyway.
