Bellamkonda Sreenivas is the son of a Telugu producer Bellamkonda Suresh. As he was passionate about acting, he finished his acting courses in Los Angeles and Mumbai. This actor is also well-trained in Martial Arts and in Vietnam. After returning from training, This actor made his debut film in Telugu Film Industry. He started his film career with the film ‘Alludu Seenu’ beside Samantha Ruth Prabhu. After this, he acted in many films like ‘Speedunnodu’, Kavacham, Sita, Saakshyam, and Rakshasudu, and also entered Bollywood with his recent film ‘Chatrapathi’ which is a remake of the Telugu film ‘Chatrapathi’ starring pan-Indian star Prabhas. Rakshasudu is the first blockbuster in his film career.
Anupama Parameswaran is a Malayali actress who established herself as one of the most successful actresses in the Telugu film industry. This actress gave many best performances and she got a very huge fan following. She made her debut with the film ‘Premam’ and last appeared in the film Butterfly.

Rakshasudu is a psychological thriller film directed by Ramesh Varma. This film starred Bellamkonda Sreenivas and Anupama Parameswaran in lead roles. This is the official remake of the Tamil film Ratsasan.
This film depicts the hero ‘Arun’ as an aspiring filmmaker who wants to film about psycho killers. His family situation made him a police officer. He gets a case of a psycho-killer who kills young girls and the mystery is solved with the knowledge that he gained from his researh for his film.
In this journey, the lead actress anupama parameswaran will be helping him to find the culprit whenever the hero feels to give up out of helplessness. The film has a whole breathtaking twists and scenes.
The music for this film also played a crucial role in the success of the film. The intense music that carried every emotion all the way till the end of the film was scored by Ghibran. This film was made with a budget of 22cr .
