Barbie has crossed 1000 million i.e. 1 billion, surpassing Wonder Woman, and is on the run to beat Captain Marvel. The film is already the second highest-grossing film of 2023, defeating Guardian of the Galaxy and Super Mario Bros.
Barbie will be the first film directed by a woman director, Greta Gerwig, to achieve the billion-dollar milestone. As Captain Marvel is co-directed by male and female directors. Indeed -Barbie already makes history for its humongous reach to the audience. The whole world is celebrating the film, and Greta Gerwig is the mastermind beyond it.
