Kollywood actor Suriya is one of the busiest actors in the entertainment industry. The actor wrapped up his most anticipated film, Kanguva. Now, the actor is gearing up for his upcoming collaboration with Sudha Kongara.
Sudha Kongara and Suriya initially worked together for Soorarai Pottru, for which the team got a National Award. Now, both of them are uniting for their 43rd film. Reportedly, Suriya will undergo a major transformation for his role in the upcoming project, partially titled Puranooru.
According to inside sources, the actor will transform to portray different stages of his character’s life. To portray as a student, Suriya is planning to undergo major weight loss and is currently working out with a strict diet regimen.
The film will now commence its shooting in January 2024 instead of mid-December for the transformational gap, and it is a period film set in the 1960s, widely shot in the massive set erected in Madurai.
Suriya 43 will have Nazriya Nazim and Dulquer Salmaan in crucial roles other than Suriya’s. GV Prakash Kumar is composing for this film under 2D Entertainment.
