Hera Pheri 3
Suniel Shetty, who will be coming back to the popular ‘Hera Pheri series along with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal, shared an exciting update about the long-awaited ‘Hera Pheri 3’. During a recent interview, Shetty confirmed that the production will start filming soon. The initial movie in the franchise, ‘Hera Pheri’, came out in 2000, followed by its sequel, ‘Phir Hera Pheri’, which was released in 2006.
Suniel Shetty shared an exciting update regarding ‘Hera Pheri 3’. In a conversation with the media, when asked about the film’s progress, Shetty revealed, “We’ve already filmed the promos. Now, we’re eagerly waiting for the movie to begin. I’m keeping my fingers crossed, hoping for smooth sailing!”
Additionally, he expressed his happiness about reuniting with his co-stars Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal, saying, “I’ve maintained contact with Akshay (Kumar) and Paresh (Rawal) ji. Paresh ji and I share a very close bond. Although Akki and I might not meet daily, our friendship is strong. He remains the fittest actor in Bollywood even today. Time flew by, and we didn’t realize 16 years had passed. It’s truly wonderful that we’re coming together for Hera Pheri 3.”
In a previous LinkedIn post, Shetty expressed his enthusiasm for Hera Pheri 3 and mentioned the gradual realization of the project. He wrote, “Exciting news – Hera Pheri 3 is officially in the works! Eagerly anticipating our reunion on the set with Pareshji and Akki (Akshay). As with all great endeavours, this one took its time, but it’s a relief to finally have the question answered! Films hold immense cultural significance, yet few grasp the intricacies of their creation. Beyond artistic hurdles, the film industry’s business model and demands present challenges akin to any other field.”
Suniel Shetty’s most recent appearance was in the 2023 web series ‘Hunter: Tootega Nahi Todega’. The series focused on his character’s exploration of the shadowy corners of Mumbai’s criminal underworld.
