Hera Pheri is a 2000 film that doesn’t fail to entertain the audience even now. The film is a complete comedy entertainer which stars Paresh Rawal, Akshay Kumar, and Sunil Shetty in the lead roles. The trio stays as the all-time favourite ones for all the audience. Hera Pheri was directed by Priyadarshan.
The second part of the film ‘Phir Hera Pheri’ was released in 2006, and was written and directed by Neeraj Vora. Both of the films became super hits and got huge responses from the audience. Fans were eagerly waiting for the next film in this series and the good news was announced recently. Earlier, there were doubts about Akshay Kumar being replaced by Abhishek Bachchan or John Abraham. Fans were disappointed about this but then later it was confirmed that Akshay is not replaced by anyone.
The recent news about the Hera Pheri 3 is that a public notice has been issued which says that Eros International Media has intellectual rights to ‘Hera Pheri 3’, ‘Welcome Back’, and ‘Awara Pagal Deewana 2’. It also says that the company owns the sole and exclusive internet rights of the said films for the territory of the whole world including India. It was further mentioned that the producer Firoz Nadiadwala will have to give 60 crores to Eros to get the rights to those films. Hera Pheri 3 will be directed by Farhad Samji.
