The pop singer says she will never watch her documentary film” My Mind and Me” again and reveals she initially didn’t know if releasing it was a “good idea.” During the Universal Music Group and Thrive Global’s Music & Health Conference, she reflected on the relief she felt after being able to finally share the uphill journey she’s had battling her autoimmune disease as well as her mental health journey but admits it’s just “very hard” to relive those moments.
My Mind and Me is a documentary film directed by Alek Keshishian based on her struggle with mental illness, her infamous break up with Justin Biber, her recovery from lupus and Hollywood wild stardom. The documentary is available on Netflix.
