According to Sacnilk, Aadujeevitham grossed an impressive Rs 7.75 crore across all Indian languages on its opening day, with a theater occupancy rate of 57.81 percent in Kerala alone.

Given its stellar box office performance, Aadujeevitham is expected to set new records in the Malayalam film industry for 2024. Sources reveal that the film had pre-sales exceeding Rs 9 crore globally, and it premiered simultaneously in the USA, UK, and UAE, albeit facing censorship challenges in other GCC nations.

Due to overwhelming demand, additional screenings are being added in the UK, and more shows are anticipated in Kerala and other parts of India, capitalizing on the film’s popularity during the holiday season and its positive reception in theaters.

The film, known as Aadujeevitham in Malayalam, is inspired by a real-life event and is an adaptation of the Malayalam novel of the same name. Prithviraj Sukumaran and Amala Paul played the lead roles.
