Taylor Swift to many others celebrities scam advertisements removed from Youtube

YouTube has removed more than 1000 celebrity scam advertisements. The most watched streaming portal recently shared that they are attempting to make their platform one of the safest platforms for their content consumers and have removed over 1000 scam ads made of DeepFake, putting celebs at risk.

Taylor Swift, Joe Rogan and Steve Harvey are a few celebrities who fell prey to DeepTrace or DeepFake’s misuse. A recent report suggests more than 90 percent of DeepFake’s edits are used for pornographic uses.

The DeepFake AI is an application that focuses on changing appearances by making an individual look like a celebrity or editing videos and images by adjusting the facial features of an individual to look like another, in simple and in most cases, DeepFake only added to the negative impact in the last few days since it’s discovery editing a person’s picture and misusing it is a crime as the edits released are no less that morphing.
