Similarly, a fake video of the DDLJ actress is making the rounds on social media.
According to the reports, the original video belongs to a British social media influencer named Rosie Breen, who posted it on her TikTok handle, making the popular trend “Get Ready With Me” GRWM. However, the original footage was tampered with, and Indian actress Kajol’s face was attached to Breen’s, making it look like the actress was changing her clothes in front of the camera.
After the viral video of Rashmika Mandana, she emphasized communal action on this issue. Many prominent personalities supported her, like Amitabh Bachan, Vijay Devarkonda, and Mrunal Thakur. Kajol has yet to respond to the deepfake video. It is unfortunate to see such videos circulating on the internet. The dark side of technology is rising, and it is a clear warning to the audience, specifically the females, to be cautious about the information they put out on social media. Remember, somebody else is waiting to misuse it.
