Actors get summoned by the ED for Mahadev Book App case
After the Animal’s leading man Ranbir Kapoor was summoned by the ED as he promoted a betting app owned by Mahadev Book firm, a few more actor’s names surfaced on the internet as the investigation began.
The Television queen who set the audience’s hearts on fire through her characters, namely Komolika from Kasauti Zindagi Ki, and through her role in Naagin 5 is reported to have been summoned by the ED. Along with Hina Khan, the laughter king Kapil Sharma, another Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi, and Ok Jaanu’s Shraddha Kapoor are summoned by the ED stated the reports.
The Enforcement Directory previously reported that around 112 crores were delivered by Hawala to an event management company and 42 crores in cash were used for the hotel charges when Ranbir Kapoor, was summoned back on October 4th, 2023. Reports suggest many more influencers and artists will soon be summoned due to the Mahadev Book App case.
