The series serves as a prequel to the original Chief Detective, one of South Korea’s most popular classic shows that aired for about 900 episodes in the 1970s and 1980s.

The series appears in Bong Joon-ho’s serial killer classic Memories of Murder.

7.Goodbye Earth – (Netflix, April 26)

Goodbye Earth, based on Japanese author Kotaro Isaka’s novel The Fool at the End of the World, is a pre-apocalyptic drama.

Its protagonists must deal with the idea that an asteroid is on a crash track with the Earth in 200 days and nothing can stop it.
