Bollywood actress Konkana Sen Sharma who is noted for her performances in films like Wake Up Sid, Lipstick Under My Burkha, Ajeeb Dastans among others has talked about how actors are lucky to have OTT.
Konkana on sharing about her view said that she thinks actors are lucky to have OTT platforms and wishes there were some more so it wouldn’t limit content being created. Also thinks that these platforms have given opportunities to those talented artists to showcase their talent on OTT platforms.
As a filmmaker, she says that in a web series one can able to get into the character, and over seasons, building upon it is an interesting format to develop a character as there are many varieties of formats so one doesn’t really have to stick to only one kind.
Konkana Sen Sharma is a filmmaker and actress who worked in multiple films and also worked on OTT platforms. Her 2020 medical drama series Mumbai Diaries 26/11 also released its sequel streaming on Amazon Prime Videos now.
