Vicky Kaushal’s upcoming film Dunki will hit screens on December 22, 2023. The film is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and presented by Jio Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Rajkumar Hirani Films. In addition to Vicky Kaushal, it also stars Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee, and Pannu Boman Irani in the lead roles.
It was the first collaboration between King Khan and Uri actor. When asked about his work experience with Shah Rukh Khan in a recent interview, Vicky said, “It’s a dream come true. Unko milna hi dream come true hota hai, unke saath kaam karna to socho kitna bada a dream come true hai. (Just meeting him is a dream come true, so imagine what a big dream it was to work with Shah Rukh.)”
Vicky also mentioned that he now understands why Shah Rukh Khan is called the Badshah of Bollywood and that he will never be able to express Shah Rukh Khan in words.
Vicky Kaushal is preparing for the release of his upcoming film, Sam Bahadur. Meghna Gulzar directs it. It stars Vicky Kaushal in the title role alongside Fatima Sana Shaikh, Sanya Malhotra, Neeraj Kabi, Edward Sonnenblick, and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub. The movie is set against the backdrop of the 1971 Indo-Pakistan War and is about Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw’s role during that time.
