Actor Ajith Kumar, presently engrossed in Magizh Thirumeni’s Vidaa Muyarchi, is joining forces with director Adhik Ravichandran for a new project titled Good Bad Ugly, as announced by the makers on Thursday.
The film, backed by Mythri Movie Makers, is scheduled to commence filming in June this year and targets a release during Pongal next year.
Vijay’s Thalapathy69 – DVV Movies
Thalapathy Vijay is presently occupied with the shooting of “The Greatest of All Time.” Following this project, the actor intends to unveil his final film before retiring from the movie industry. While the director for this film is yet to be confirmed, it has already locked horns with DVV Movies.
Dhanush’s Kubera – Sri Venkateswara Cinemas
Director Sekhar Kammula who always attempts unique subjects is making a multi-starrer with Dhanush and Nagarjuna playing the lead roles. Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd. are jointly financing the project. It is heard they are mounting on a large scale.
Siva Karthikeyan’s SK23 – Sree Lakshmi Movies
Sivakarthikeyan teamed up with director AR Murugadoss for the biggest action entertainer ‘SK23’. Bankrolled by Sri Lakshmi Movies, the film commenced shooting followed by Pongal. Reportedly, the makers have locked the Diwali release date for ‘SK23’.
