Randeep Hooda and Ileana D’Cruz’s upcoming movie, Tera Kya Hoga Lovely, revealed its release date and trailer. The makers released the trailer of the forthcoming social comedy Tera Kya Hoga Lovely on Tuesday, February 27.
The two-minute-41-second-long trailer sheds light on societal problems like the dowry system and society’s obsession with a woman’s skin tone, highlighting the chaos after a dowry robbery at Lovely’s house, which throws a spanner in the works. Randeep Hooda arrives as the investigating officer, and he develops feelings for Lovely.
Ileana D’Cruz portrays the role of Lovely, a North Indian girl with a dark complexion seeking a suitable marriage match. However, she faces some challenges in her quest for a partner. Packed with humorous dialogues, the trailer promises a light and sparkling comedy that looks at societal practices prevalent, especially in the northern part of the country.
Tera Kya Hoga Lovely also features Pavan Malhotra, Rajendra Gupta, Karan Kundra, Geetika Vidya Ohlyan and Geeta Agrawal Sharma in pivotal roles and is produced by Sony Pictures Films India.
Directed by Balwinder Singh Janjua, Tera Kya Hoga Lovely premiered at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa in November 2022 and has been awaiting its release since then. The film will finally be released in the theatres on March 8.
