With his solo concert tour, D-Day, BTS Suga proved that even solo, the members have the same impact and demand. The singer kickstarted the tour on 26th April with the first stop being New York. Army, the band’s gargantuan fanbase are savoring moments of unparalleled elation during the concert.
On Sunday, the singer who is presently performing in LA, brought in a surprise guest for a song. It was none other than, drumroll, Halsey! Suga and Halsey had previously collaborated on the song, Suga’s Interlude from Halsey’s album Manic. The singer, who is a beloved friend of Suga and BTS, was brought in to perform the song together with him.
Armies in the concert couldn’t contain their excitement as they took to Twitter to share the news. Many armies who couldn’t attend the concert are green with envy. However, they were ecstatic to see both singers together on the stage after a long time. The moment will remain iconic as it was the first time that they performed the song, Suga’s Interlude together.

Halsey and BTS first worked together in 2019 for the song, Boy with Love, which debuted at Billboard Hot 100. The artists have been friends ever since. Suga’s and Halsey’s friendship seems stronger than ever as they were seen enjoying performing together on the stage. Halsey was even featured in Suga’s Road to D-Day documentary where the BTS member embarked on a musical journey, traveling the world in search of inspiration for his upcoming solo album while interacting with artists from various cities around the world.
While Halsey joined Suga on LA day 3, day 2 was graced by singer Max who collaborated with Min Yoongi on the song, Burn It and Blueberry Eyes. As Suga continues his tour, fans are hoping to see more singers he collaborated with – such as IU, Psy, Suran, and even fellow group member, Jimin.
Since the tour began, videos of fans barking, meowing, and singing the songs at the top of their lungs have become viral. Armies are having the time of their life as Suga, whose real name is Min Yoongi showers his devoted fans with alcohol, surprise guests, and candy. The singer will be traveling to Oakland soon for his next concert on May 16.
