Actress Sriya Reddy, who impressed the audience with the Tamil drama series, Suzhal: The Vortex, will be next seen in the pan-India movie Salaar. The actress has reportedly wrapped up the shoot for the movie.
Taking to her Instagram handle, the actress shared a heartfelt post following the completion of the shoot. Sriya posted a photo with director Prashanth Neel and cameraman Bhuvan. She also penned an earnest post thanking the director for making her character happen.
She wrote, “I pen this with an overwhelming feeling of immense gratitude to Prashant Neel. He visualised my character, believed that he will make it happen. This character was conceptualised by him to such perfection and detail. He chose me, even though I was off the grid. It is his sheer faith and brilliance as a director that this could be achieved. For pushing me beyond my boundaries and making me feel much better than I was yesterday!”
The actress also thanked cameraman Bhuvan and shared her gratitude towards the whole team of Salaar. Not much about Sriya’s character has been revealed by the makers except that she will be playing a pivotal role.
The high-budget pan-Indian film is directed by Prashanth Neel, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films. It stars Prabhas as the titular character, along with Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu. The move will hit the screens on 28th September 2023.
