Actor Suhana Khan, who debuted in the original Netflix movie ‘The Archies‘, is investing heavily in properties. As Suhana awaits her big screen debut with Papa SRK, she purchased a second property worth a whopping amount. The star kid paid over Rs 10 crore, including stamp duty, to buy the opulent house facing the seaside.
Actor Suhana Khan, daughter of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, has purchased 78,361 square feet of farmland in Alibaug, Raigad district. Suhana has reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 57 lakh for the transaction on February 13, 2024.
In June last year, Suhana bought agricultural land in Alibaug spread across 1.5 acres with three structures for Rs 12.91 crore. The buildings built on the property have carpet areas of 1,218 square feet, 196 square feet, and 120 square feet, in that order.
For the unversed, Suhana Khan will make her big screen debut with her father, Shah Rukh Khan, in their upcoming movie, King. Sujoy Ghosh will direct the film, and Siddharth Anand will oversee the action.
The training is happening at Mannat, and she (Suhana) is accompanied by her father, Shah Rukh Khan, in certain practice sessions. Trainers of international repute are coming together to train Suhana and SRK, as King will explore a slightly raw form of action,” said the source close to film development.
