Salaar is now one of the anticipated films released for Christmas festivities. Salaar-Part One: Even before release, Ceasefire is consideredblockbuster coming from stars in their respective professions.
The film has collected more than five crores for its premiere sales. When the booking for December was released, the estimated Rs 3 crore mark should be breached with just nine days to release.
With just nine days left, Salaar raked in $625,684 from 360 locations, selling around 23,000 tickets across 1,181 shows. After Animal’s trailer, there was a decrease in Salaar booking, but later, it picked up, raking in huge sales in a week.
Director Prashanth Neel also said that Salaar Part One is a different world with much stronger characters but with an emotional plot. Salaar has allowed mixing play the emotions driven by friendship, and motives in the film are essential to connect with the audience.
Even the makers of Salaar, Hobale Films said they are not bothered by the recent flops of Prabhas’s filmography and are ready to receive criticism after watching the film. The film stars Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Sriya Reddy, Jagapathi Babu, and Easwari Rao.
