RRR is a word that’s enough to unite the whole country. It’s a movie by SS Rajamouli that has gone beyond languages, beyond continents, and across all boundaries that exist. With a box office collection of 1200 crores globally, this movie was released in 38 countries and dubbed in 15 different languages. This Telugu movie is full of action and historic scenes that caught everybody’s eye, regardless of what background they came from.
Phenomenal actors like Rajamouli himself, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, and Jr NTR came together and created magic whose aftermath is still in the air. Its popularity has given it an identity among famous Hollywood actors too. Chris Hemsworth, for instance.
The introduction comes first. Chris is an Australian actor who is most prominently known for his role as Thor in several Marvel Cinematic Universe movies. Besides that, he’s done other animated action films like Snow White And The Hunstman, Men in Black: International, and Extraction among others. You name it, he got it.
His movie Extraction’s sequel is set to release on OTT platforms for which, he visited India for promotional events. In an interview with News18, he revealed that he watched RRR and wishes to work with the cast. In his own words, “I just watched RRR recently, and I thought the film was incredible. Ram Charan and NTR Jr are amazing, so, if I was lucky to work with them, that would be fantastic.”
There are many filmmakers and actors overseas that have shown interest in wanting to work with Ram Charan and Jr NTR. Post RRR, these two names are destined to make India proud worldwide. Both of them have dropped the hint that they’ll soon be spotted in their Hollywood debuts, thereby becoming international superstars.
