Actress Parineeti Chopra and MP and AAP member Raghav Chadha got engaged on Saturday. Only close relatives and friends attended the low-key celebration in Delhi. Additionally, Priyanka Chopra travelled to be with her cousin on her special day. Fans are swooning about the couple’s connection as they appear in photos and videos that are making the rounds in the media from the event.
Parineeti Chopra is seen in a video singing her song “Ve Maahi” from the movie Kesari to her fiancé while it is being played at the event. She held him while demonstrating animatedly that she would follow him wherever he went. Raghav kissed the actor on the face and gave her a second hug as her father gazed fondly at the duo.
Later, the pair appeared outside the venue for photos with the media. Parineeti donned a peach-colored salwar-kameez outfit with sequin and embroidered work that was created by Manish Malhotra. On the other side, the politician chose a white tiered sherwani created by his uncle Pawan Sachdeva. The recently engaged couple blushed as the paparazzi made fun of Raghav by stating, “Rajneeti se Parineeti ho gaya.”
As they left wishes for the newlyweds in the comment section, fans could not get enough of the couple. I love this jodi, “Their happiness is contagious,” “He really loves her… good choice,” and “Pari looks so happy, God bless them” were among the remarks.
