Visiting the theatres for re-releases has become the new trend. From Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Okkadu to the recent re-release of Mega-Powerstar Ram Charan’s Orange, these films did great when re-released. Orange was a flop when it first hit the theatres but it is reported to have made good collections when re-released the film bagged 3 crores in 3 days. Recently, it was rumored that one of the young tiger’s films will be re-released soon.
The Global Icon NTR’s film, Aadi a 2002 Telugu film will soon be re-released in theatres on a special day. Aadi starring NTR and Keerthi Chawla was a hit film when it hit the theatres back then. NTR plays the role of Aadi Keshava Reddy while Keerthi Chawla plays the role of Nandu. The film was directed by V.V. Vinayak and was produced by Bellamkonda Suresh while Mani Sharma scored the music.
The film will appear at the theatres in the 4k version and is all set to re-release on 20th May on the occasion of NTR’s birthday this year.
