Netflix to release a series about Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s divorce

So many divorces in the world, by Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s divorce is the biggest meme of the world right now. Whether it’s Indians or Americans, everyone’s so impressed by Heard’s “My dog stepped on a bee” dialogue that people are jamming it into a song remix.

Netflix, on that occasion, is here to add to the fun by creating a official series for the couple’s amazing courtroom ‘drama’ – quite literally. Before we get into the cinematography’s particulars, let’s find out what happened between the couple.

Johnny and Amber were married and apparently, Amber accused Johnny of being physically abusive and dragged him to court. But later, the game backfired when Depp pushed defamation charges on Amber and she was fined.

Netflix is going to display the breaking couple’s trial into three episodes. 2nd and 3rd episode, 47 minutes each, will focus on how social media’s input on the case changed it’s outcome. The documentary series premiered from May 21, 2022 to May 23, 2022 on Channel 4 during a span of three days. The length of every episode was 47 minutes.

The new series will debut on Netflix outside of the United Kingdom on August 16, 2023. The good news is that the documentary series is now accessible to British users via YouTube, the Channel 4 website, and the Channel 4 app. Whether it’ll be available outside the UK is uncertain.
