Naveen Polishetty or Vijay Deverakonda who rules over the audience hearts???
Netflix bagged the digital rights of Kushi and Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty, the two rom-coms comes which won the hearts of the audience in recent times.
Both films revolve around complex themes and characters with a modern-day love story and established heroes paired with top actresses in the industry. Kushi stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda and the story revolves around a Brahmin girl and a BSNL employee who is not quite familiar with the idea of encouraging old-age customs. The film was well portrayed by not hurting any religious and community sentiments.
On the other hand, Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty starring Naveen Polishetty and Anushka Shetty is a proper family entertainer, though the film had equal complex themes as Kushi did, Anushka’s film had real-life characters and most importantly an independent lady who is succeeds anything she desires to do. Miss Shetty is a catch for me as both the lead characters were very well written while an actor like Vijay Deverakonda who has great potential came out as submissive as he chooses the same pattern of aggressive characters who act out of impulse.
On the contrary, while Naveen Polishetty was seen exploring characters and winning hearts by his second film as a leading man audience expects to see Vijay change the dynamics of his game and come out as the big star his fans claim him to be.
