Jinu Abraham reveals release plans for Mammootty’s Bazooka and Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Khalifa

Mammootty

The makers of Mammootty’s Bazooka announced that the film would hit the theatres in 2024, unveiling a first look of the actor from the film, but never officially confirmed the release date. Bazooka is written and directed by debutant Deeno Deenis. Talks within the industry suggest that it is a first-of-its-kind attempt in Malayalam.

Mammootty has already completed shooting for the film. Scriptwriter and director Jinu V Abraham, who is co-producing the movie, told about the release plans for the Mammootty-starrer. “The post-production work on the film is currently progressing. Bazooka will be a March end release,” Jinu said.

Meanwhile, Jinu, who has also written Tovino Thomas’ Anweshippin Kandethum, is working on the script of Prithviraj Sukumaran’s ‘mass’ entertainer Khalifa. ” I finished writing the movie’s first half and narrated it to Prithviraj recently. He liked it. I am now working on the second half. It’s progressing slowly because of my production responsibilities, too. Khalifa is a big film with a huge star cast, and we will announce an update soon.” said Jinu.
