The much-anticipated horror drama film ‘Bramayugam’ starring Mammootty, is set for its release on February 15. The latest updates have unveiled that the movie, eagerly awaited by audiences for its horror elements, will run for an engaging duration of approximately 140 minutes.
While fans are gearing up for a captivating and spine-chilling cinematic journey, Bramayugam’s story is now online. According to censor copy details, Bramayugam is set in a Kerala village of a different period and revolves around a folklore singer named Thevan from the Paanan caste who gets stranded in a mysterious place.
Arjun Ashokan is set to play the role of Thevan in the film, which reportedly features Mammootty as Kunjamon Potti, a mysterious man who belongs to an aristocratic family. In the age-old Kerala, where Tantra/Maya was an everyday reality, Thevan, a folklore singer from the Paanan caste, loses his way after narrowly escaping from a slave market. His life takes an unexpected turn when he accidentally stumbles upon a mysterious trad,” is mentioned in the censor details.
Bramayugam is set to have a pan-Indian release in five languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi, on February 15, 2024.
