Finally, the famous daughter and father are teaming up on a big project with Vikram director Lokesh Kanagaraj. Kamal Haasan production house Raajakamal Film International revealed the news on their social media accounts. Let’s decode the yet-to-be-titled project.

Lokesh Kanagaraj, who delivered the blockbuster film Leo, is back with a musical film. Leo was released on October 29th to mixed reviews, and the film grossed more than Rs 640 crore. The star director is busy working on the script for Thailavar 171, which is set to begin shooting in March, and will focus on the new project later.

The tentative musical film is set to begin shooting in mid-2024 and is expected to be made with an estimated budget of Rs 100 crore. The film will be primarily shot in the South Indian States. The yet-to-be-titled film marks the first collaboration between a father-daughter duo.

Shruti Haasan, embracing the success of Salaar: Part One: Cease Fire, is all set to deliver another Pan India film. The new collaborative is trending on social media like wildfire.
