Kathanar – The Wild Sorcerer is a Tamil mythical story directed by Rojini Thomas and follows the journey of Kadamattathu Kathanar, the legendary priest who is believed to have lived in Kadamattom and possessed supernatural powers.
The film’s cinematography is absolutely mindblowing, every shot looks authentic and intriguing, and the background score is spine-chilling. Rojini Thomas did a fantastic job raising the Malayalam cinema; the story, cinematography, character aesthetic, set designs, and casting seem so promising. How he created a whole new world and moulded the mythical character into a superhero is impressive. He is the best unconventional storyteller we need. The trailer is just outstanding; BGM and the visuals are everything required to make the audience go wild. The film will be a cult hit in the Indian film industry.
