The Academy Award winning singer Lady Gaga was sexually abused at the age of 19, and she recalls being dropped off on a street corner while pregnant. The “Shallow” singer claimed that being assaulted drained the life out of her, leaving her a shadow of her former self. Gaga, who went to Catholic school, claimed she assumed adults were like that after the incident.
Lady Gaga discussed how this affected her mental and physical wellbeing. However, the psychological repercussions did not hit Gaga right away. She felt the impact of the assault four or five years later. The trauma impacted her so hard because she refused to believe anything had happened to her for a long time. The singer, who is excited to become a mother, sought help for her trauma, severe physical pain, and mental health difficulties. Gaga stated that her healing process has not been easy. The singer stated that healing is an ongoing process since she can feel fantastic for six months and then be triggered, forcing her to start over. Gaga, who has stated that she has many aspirations and hopes.
The 37 year old actress and singer is now looking forward to marriage and motherhood. She was last seen in family drama film The House of Gucci and will star in comic book adapatation of Jocker- Joker: Folie a Deux.
