The film was completely different for her as she played only bubbly and young girl roles. Ameesha also suggested that people asked her not to do it, yet she chose to do it as she found it challenging. As the character could be a complete murder in her career.
Ameesha comes to Kareena Kapoor Khan’s rescue, She states that it was not Kareena that backed out from the film but Rakesh Roshan has told her, that he asked her to leave because of the differences they had. Ameesha said, ” It was Pinky Aunty, Rakesh Roshan’s wife who told me, Rakesh didn’t sleep after looking at you at the wedding, saying that I found my Sonia, I found my Sonia, I hope she says yes.” saying say the actress concluded that is how she played Sonia in Kaho Na Pyaar hain.
